Combat Veteran and Paramedic

Meet Our Founder

My name is Kurt Clement. I was born and raised in South Louisiana and have been happily married to my wife, Lori, for 23 years. Together, we have two daughters, Katie and Ciara, and three wonderful grandchildren.
Our family created this brick hobby store with a simple mission: to bring history to life through highly detailed, historically accurate brick-built models and hands-on community build sessions. We believe learning should be engaging, interactive, and fun for all ages.
My journey of service began when I joined the U.S. Army at 17.

Military Service

1985 — U.S. Army Artillery Forward Observer, Europe, 8th Infantry

1987 — Operation Bright Star ’87, UN mission in the Sinai Desert

1990 — USAF Desert Shield/Storm Airbase Ground Defense, 926 SFS

2001 — USAF Operation Enduring Freedom, Phoenix Flight in support of operations in Afghanistan

2004 — Medical retirement from active military service

After my military career, I founded and led a successful business in South Louisiana for 15 years before relocating to Oklahoma in 2017 so that my wife could seek treatment.

My passion for serving others continued in emergency medicine:

    ●    Paramedic Degree (2019)
    ●    Critical Care Flight Paramedic (2023)
    ●    Community Paramedic (2024)

Today, I combine my military background, business experience, and passion for history to build more than just a hobby store. Our goal is to create a place where families, veterans, collectors, students, and history enthusiasts can learn, build, and connect through the stories behind every model.
